Nice country
I never get tired of that walk into photographers point, it's certainly good excersize. That sign has been up there for many many years. At one time the forest service guys were going to take all the signs down for some unknown reason.
I heard that the USFS was tired of people complaining "The sign said it was 3 miles to Coyotes Lake & I swear it was 15". So the only signs left are the ones without mileages. Who knows? Can't 2nd guess gov't.
