Took a day trip with the Farnsworths up to Fountain hills (the picture of the fountain), stopped and donated a few bucks to the local Indian casino, then on to Payson Az for lunch then Roosevelt lake. After that we headed down the mountain from Globe Az back to Apache junction. Beautiful warm late fall day. Was in the low 60's up around Payson and high 70's here in Apache junction. Great day
One time our son took us to see that fountain. He said "It's only a 10 minute drive". An hour later we arrived to find that it was shut down for some reason. I wonder why you blog puts a comment line underneath each picture. JAM
