The photo is blurry, but I would say it was a raptor, maybe a kestrel
Or possibly a sparrow hawk. But I think RTD is right about it being a raptor. rwm

Trying to figure out what kind of bird this is?? It's a terrible picture but it's about twice the size of a robin and has dark ears. New one one me!!
