I thought this was a roadrunner at first but it's too small and doesn't have a crown on it's head. It's not a Grackle, I'm thinking it might be a slimmer version of a cactus wren?? Went with cousins from Nebraska today to South mountain park south of Phoenix then to lunch downtown Phoenix. Great day!!
I can't see it very well. How about a mocking bird? Our son has lots of them in Phx. We need Barb Wise. She'd know.
ReplyDeleteIf you click on the picture you can blow it up as big as you want and see that it is in deed a mocking bird, Judi is correct. Good call Judi. We have them here in Hurricane Ut. also.
