Middle Piney Lake

My sister Rita rode with me to Middle Piney lake a couple of days ago, still a snow bank at the entrance of the lake.  She's headed back to Shreveport La. tomorrow and the 100+ degree temps.

Ah, yes, summers' end is nigh and thoughts turn to the winter sunny south country.  Yikes, it's only 6 more weeks and we'll be "outta" here!

Back to work early tomorrow morning.  I'm down to my last 4 weeks of my summer job.  Getting ready to haul firewood and prepping for the trip south for the winter months.  We're both looking forward to moving into our new house in Hurricane Utah.   Not sure we'll make Arizona this winter or not???

Burnt lake, been hardly any campers up there this year.  The road is rougher than a cob going in...

Feeling down and out and need to change your life????

Elbow lake?

There's an aerial shot I took several years ago of (not 100% sure) Elbow lake in the Wind river mountain range.  We had more darned lost people up in that area.  I think we found the one we were looking for that day. 

Yet another deer

Took this fellow's photo this morning in Fremont lake campground.

Had Gina and Bob over for dinner last evening.  Every once in a  while we crawl out of our shell and have friends over.  We were kind of celebrating son Tim and daughter in Law Myndi's 1 year anniversary (almost 3 months late).  A good time was had by all!!
